CrossnoKaye, an enterprise cloud platform, was about to undertake two significant projects: purchasing a marketing automation platform and redesigning their website.
They were ready to sign on the dotted line with HubSpot, but needed an agency partner to help with onboarding who could also assist in switching their website from WIX to WordPress.
With an aggressive website launch deadline, we streamlined the design mock-ups drafted by the client to create over 20 unique blocks to be used on phase #1 of their custom WordPress website.
HubSpot onboarding for Marketing Pro was broken into 10 working sessions where we focused heavily on segmentation, defining how to measure marketing success and the all-important Salesforce-to-HubSpot integration. This included building lead scoring to identify qualified leads and configuring HubSpot to only send these contacts to Salesforce so reps remained focused on bottom-of-funnel outreach.
One month after launch, the first phase of the CrossnoKaye website saw a 700% increase in new users and a 10x increase in form submissions.
Combined with new HubSpot-based email marketing campaigns to nurture trade show leads, the client was able to 4x their previous MQL goal!
