The Challenge
DUMAC is the maker of RORC, an industry-leading software used by over 1,500 independently owned and operated supermarkets, such as C&S Wholesale Grocers and Associated Grocers. They had launched a new version of the software the previous year and were looking for creative support to rebrand then promote a relaunch of the updated platform.
The Solution
Our creative team immediately got to work to design a new RORC logo that not only signaled a new beginning for the software, but also tied the brand to the DUMAC family. A slightly modified color palette helped to differentiate between the two brands.
With the logo in hand, our web designers and developers jumped into action, building a microsite on HubSpot’s CMS that called out RORC’s features, benefits and differentiators. Testimonial videos were added to further demonstrate RORC’s value to its customers. The page was launched in advance of a major industry conference and was used as the focal point for DUMAC’s messaging at the event.
The Outcome
At the conference, the microsite and updated branding were well received by internal and external audiences alike. The RORC page quickly became one of the most visited pages on DUMAC’s website and has led to introductions with leading providers in the supermarket space.
The numbers back up the page’s success as well, with users spending an average of 2.8 minutes on the HubSpot microsite since its launch.
