Saltbox combines warehousing and co-working with modern, unique spaces for small businesses to ship, work, store and create products.Â
Explosive growth had turned their tech stack into a hodgepodge of 10+ platforms strung together with Zapier and manual processes. As the organization grew to 12 locations, Saltbox knew its tech stack needed consolidation and streamlining to create a positive experience for both customers and team members.
The Solution
To create a one-stop shop for consistent prospect and customer information, Saltbox couldn’t simply smush a dozen tools into one. The perfect solution had to:
- Integrate with OfficeRnD for efficient data storage and sharing
- Adequately replace Salesforce, Salesloft, MailChimp, Chili Piper, Calendy, etc.
- Manage both sales processes and activities, as well as customer onboarding processes
- Streamline the marketing to sales handoff process
- Augment sales intel with marketing interactions and historical data
- Automate marketing and sales outreach via email and SMS
Through an in-depth implementation and onboarding process with HubSpot, we helped Saltbox achieve these goals through data cleansing and mapping (including migrating 212K records!), API integrations and creating workflows to reformat form data.
We also conducted a series of virtual trainings for 30+ team members so everyone was empowered to use Marketing, Sales and Operations Hub.
The Outcome
After implementing HubSpot, Saltbox was able to successfully:
- Consolidate and cut costs by ending contracts with Salesforce, Salesloft and MailChimp
- Use chatbots to automatically book online tours, with a 127% increase in form submissions
- Increase closed won deals by 153%
