The Challenge
Bancsec was relying on networking and events for new business, but wanted to revamp their outdated website to help with lead gen efforts. The problem? Their current site was simply not performing at all—it had extremely short session durations, very little engagement and almost no conversions for newsletter sign-ups or form fills.
The Solution
We redesigned the Bancsec website with a modern UI/UX to focus on their two primary conversions: newsletter sign-ups and click-throughs to the Contact Our Experts page.
To accomplish this, we:
- Optimized their sitemap for initial launch as well as future page additions
- Created a mega menu to reduce confusion and increase conversions
- Designed desktop and mobile mock-ups that required almost no edits—they loved our design concepts!
- Built a custom-developed site in WordPress (no pre-made themes or templates)
Additionally, we facilitated the move to HubSpot Marketing Hub Starter to power their email marketing efforts, which allowed us to install HubSpot tracking code on the site so that all analytics and form submission data will be carried over into HubSpot’s CRM.
The Outcome
Within 30 days of launch, the Bancsec website has increased conversions by 4x!

- 172% more site views
- 135% more engaged sessions (over two minutes!)
- 217% higher total user engagement
