Kiwi was tasked with redesigning the email templates, creating fresh copy to boost conversions and updating the gated landing pages. Essentially, Right Networks asked Kiwi to redesign the entire campaign, soup to nuts. Kiwi created new layouts for Pardot landing and thank you pages, including opportunities for pull-through content to compel visitors to keep exploring the site.
While their website was performing better than the previous design, Right Networks’ ambitious goals included improving organic search rankings. They needed a specific SEO strategy to target business people looking to move their accounting data to the cloud. Kiwi performed an SEO audit and developed a keyword strategy to ensure Right Networks moved up Google’s ranks for organic search.
To better understand the metrics coming in via Google Analytics, their dashboards needed to be filtered and goals created. Kiwi crawled the site and addressed several reporting discrepancies, including chained redirects redundant Google Analytics and misconfigured Tag Manager accounts.
Right Networks also uses Google display ads and print ads in relevant accounting publications. They required an ad design that would conform to their brand identity and convey their powerful message with limited copy space.
Using Kiwi as their webmaster, Right Networks is able to update their site weekly with relevant content and new web pages. While they move quickly, the updated traffic analytics tools allow Right Networks to take a step back, view accurate data, and assess what needs to happen next. Based on these changes, their website has seen an astounding 583% increase in conversions!
Since redesigning and creating succinct copy for their nurturing email workflow, Right Network’s unread rate decreased by half while click to open and read rates increased across the board. In fact, the site saw a 601% increase in email traffic.
By addressing outstanding website issues, such as extraneous sitemaps and improving meta data and title tags, Right Networks has increased in organic web rankings for more targeted terms, leading to a .05% increase in organic conversions.
