HubSpot Digital Marketing Manager
Kiwi is a fully remote, HubSpot-focused agency and Diamond Solutions Partner. We specialize in onboarding, implementation and optimization across HubSpot’s suite of tools, including developing and launching digital marketing campaigns and website redesigns.
At our agency, HubSpot Digital Marketing Managers—aka Account Managers—are the primary owners of client accounts, responsible for delivering high-quality work while building long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will feel confident providing strategic recommendations, managing day-to-day project details and jumping in to execute individual tactics when needed.
A day-in-the-life of a HubSpot Digital Marketing Manager—aka Account Manager—will include:
- Leading client communications and owning day-to-day relationships to drive retention and growth
- Creating marketing strategies and project plans in collaboration with clients
- Managing timelines, deliverables and scopes to ensure work is completed on time and on budget
- Monitoring KPIs and campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, Search Console and other tools
- Estimating and recommending additional services to expand client engagement
- Leading execution in areas of YOUR specific expertise, such as SEO, PPC, lead nurturing, content creation, web optimization and other high-impact initiatives
- Delegating other tactical work to in-house specialists and freelancers (e.g. designers, developers, copywriters, HubSpot pros)
- Onboarding new HubSpot users through the their Partner Scaled Onboarding program
- Scripting and recording “HubSpot Helper” tutorial videos for YouTube
- Using AI tools to enhance efficiency, creativity and strategic output across projects
This job would be an awesome fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing or account management role at a digital or HubSpot-focused agency
- Extensive hands-on experience using HubSpot, especially Marketing Hub
- A strong track record of managing projects in an online system like Teamwork
- In-depth experience with other key martech tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SE Ranking, Hotjar, etc.
- A solid grasp of SEO, paid media, email marketing, lead nurturing and conversion optimization best practices
- Practical experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance creativity or improve marketing performance
- Confidence presenting ideas, offering feedback and making recommendations directly to clients
- Strong digital writing skills and an eye for clarity, grammar and tone
- A natural focus on details, goals and results, with a drive to translate strategy into meaningful wins for clients
- A knack for growing client relationships through strategy and value
- The ability to stay organized and calm while managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

HubSpot Specialist
Kiwi is a fully remote, HubSpot-focused agency and Diamond Solutions Partner. We specialize in onboarding, implementation and optimization across HubSpot’s suite of tools, including developing and launching digital marketing campaigns and website redesigns.
At our agency, HubSpot Specialists are responsible for training, implementing and integrating all aspects of Marketing, Sales, Service, Data and Content Hubs for our clients. The role is equal parts strategy and technical execution and will involve working with both brand-new and long-time HubSpot users.
A day-in-the-life of a HubSpot Specialist will include:
- Onboarding new HubSpot customers and training existing users
- Auditing HubSpot portals to create a strategic plan with prioritized recommendations to get more value from their subscription
- Setting up individual tools within all Hubs, including workflows, lists, chatbots, reporting dashboards and more
- Leading CRM implementations, including large-scale data migrations, custom integrations and more
- Implementing data hygiene strategies that focus around lead scoring and lifecycle stages
- Customizing HubSpot through custom properties, custom objects, custom contact records and more
- Integrating outside platforms with HubSpot using native and custom integrations
- Using Supered to embed process documentation, onboarding guidance and ongoing enablement directly within HubSpot
- Scripting and recording “HubSpot Helper” tutorial videos for YouTube
- Answering HubSpot-related questions in online forums like Reddit and Quora
- Staying up-to-date with HubSpot product updates, especially their new AI tools
This job would be an awesome fit if you have:
- 5+ years’ of hands-on experience as a HubSpot Admin or super user, preferably in an agency setting
- Expert-level knowledge of Marketing, Sales, Service and Data Hub (Content Hub is a bonus!)
- Hands-on experience building and deploying process boards and packages in Supered
- Multiple HubSpot Academy certifications
- Experience with complex CRM implementation projects involving several stakeholders
- Experience with data migration, the native Salesforce-to-HubSpot process, custom integrations and other advanced technical skills (especially related to APIs)
- A love of training new and existing HubSpot users with varying degrees of technical know-how
- A knack for project management and client relationships
- The confidence to present ideas and make recommendations in front of clients
- The ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, juggling multiple projects during any given day

Senior Digital Designer

Our Senior Digital Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling, conversion-focused work across websites, video and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for purposeful, high-quality design.
A day-in-the-life of a Senior Digital Designer will include:
- Wireframing and designing websites and landing pages in Figma using UI/UX, SEO and accessibility best practices
- Designing digital and occasional print materials like white papers, display ads, sell sheets, slide decks, social posts, emails and trade show displays
- Creating simple YouTube videos by combining footage, animations and bumpers
- Establishing visual brands through mood boards, logo design, image libraries and brand standards
- Meeting with clients via video calls to clarify project goals and present work
- Acting as a creative consultant by offering better solutions, not just executing orders
- Collaborating with Account Managers to hit deadlines and stay on budget
This job would be an awesome fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or graphic design, ideally in an agency setting
- Expert-level skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Basic video/animation skills, preferably in Descript
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, SEO and accessibility principles (no coding required)
- Obsessive attention to detail and impeccable file setup habits
- Confident communicator who can present and defend ideas to clients
