Digital Marketing Manager

Kiwi Creative is a sweet li’l agency in the ‘burbs of Cleveland specializing in creative marketing solutions for B2B software and technology companies. In other words, we help in-house marketing managers in a variety of tech sectors with all of their branding, graphic design, inbound marketing and website development projects.

(And, not to brag or anything, but we were runners-up in Knock Knock’s “Coolest Places to Work” contest.)

Currently, we’re looking to add an amazing, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to our close-knit team in Strongsville, Ohio. This person will be responsible for running all aspects of our HubSpot inbound marketing program (both internally and for future clients), as well as website strategy/project management our award-winning WordPress websites.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Leading discovery sessions with digital clients, then writing strategic recommendations for new business proposals and/or ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Developing insightful and detailed buyer personas
  • Performing keyword research
  • Building strategic content/editorial calendars, then writing supporting content offers, blogs and social media posts to meet long-term goals
  • Setting up campaigns, including workflows and lead nurturing, within HubSpot
  • Creating streamlined sitemaps and user-focused wireframes for website redesign projects
  • Writing technical spec documents for our designer(s) and developer(s) detailing how websites should function within WordPress to meet defined client requirements
  • Editing and/or optimizing website copy to follow best practices for SEO and online readability
  • Performing technical behind-the-scenes tasks related to SEO after site launch
  • Reviewing analytics and writing up monthly recap/recommendation reports
  • Communicating with the client and internal team members to manage a long project lifecycle

Our ideal candidate will need to have:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in an agency setting OR in-house marketing department at a software/technology company
  • Solid writing skills with a superb attention to grammar
  • Familiarity with HubSpot’s marketing automation software, ideally with multiple online certifications
  • Expert-level knowledge of UI/UX and SEO
  • An innate desire to stay up-to-date with ever-changing marketing and website trends
  • Confidence to present ideas and make recommendations in front of clients
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, juggling multiple projects in any given day

Graphic Design Intern (Fall 2017)

Do you live and breath InDesign? Feel lost without a Wacom tablet? Love the challenge of creating print collateral from scratch? Then we want you as our next graphic design intern.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • designing and/or editing print collateral
  • searching for photos on stock websites
  • creating icons and other graphics for the web
  • assisting with internal design projects

Our ideal candidate will need to have:

  • advanced knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • a portfolio that matches the style and type of work we create for our clients
