The Challenge

The Cleveland Foundation needed a graphic design agency partner to produce a variety of marketing and communications materials for their valued donors.

The Solution

For the past three years, our graphic design agency has a hand in almost every aspect of creating the 8-page newsletter called “Gift of Giving.” We’ve art directed on-location photo shoots, designed on-brand page layouts and created infographics for articles. We’ve also coordinated the production and distribution process, including providing printers proofs, managing the mailing list and delivering materials to the post office.

Other projects for the Cleveland Foundation include branding for their annual community meeting, campaign development for a year-long advertising and branding effort, logo design for internal training initiatives and more.

The Outcome

With each mailing, over 2,500 high-quality newsletters were successfully delivered on time, letting donors know about the non-profit’s previous and upcoming events.
